About the Role
As the Associate Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of Retail Media and Paid Search campaigns, analyze performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. You will manage a team, foster relationships with clients and vendors, and collaborate with analytics teams to deliver actionable insights. Staying updated on industry trends and translating client goals into effective media strategies will be key responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Experience managing digital retail media campaigns through self-service or managed service retail partners.
- At least 5 years of digital performance marketing experience in eCommerce, search, programmatic, or related fields, with 3+ years managing large-scale eCommerce campaigns.
Preferred:
- Enthusiasm for retail media and performance marketing, with familiarity in retail media network capabilities and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience working with ad tech partners and understanding their capabilities and use cases.
