About the Role
As the Associate Director, Commercial Analytics, you will be responsible for building and managing data models, performing deep data analysis, and delivering actionable insights that optimize commercial performance. Your tasks will include leading volume forecasting initiatives, designing dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, forecasting, or commercial insights within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Expertise in building and managing complex data models and performing advanced statistical analyses.
- Proven experience in volume forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and data providers.
