About the Role
As an Associate Director, Corporate Communications, you will lead the development and execution of external communications initiatives that enhance corporate visibility and support scientific and commercial narratives. Key responsibilities include creating compelling content for various platforms, drafting external announcements, managing executive visibility opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with 10 years in Corporate Communications, and at least 5–7 years supporting executive-level communications.
Strong knowledge of compliance considerations and experience working within regulated environments.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
Demonstrated experience with media relations, corporate announcements, and issues management.
Proven ability to distill complex scientific and business data into clear, digestible narratives for diverse audiences.
Proficient in managing external communications agencies and associated budgets.
