About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team and Executive Committee to lead financial analyses, manage projects, and support global business objectives for both inorganic and organic growth initiatives. You will conduct due diligence, valuation, and financial analysis for M&A, build internal relationships, and provide strategic recommendations based on comprehensive financial modeling.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Finance, or Business; MBA or CFA charter holder or CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development roles with deal experience.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end M&A process.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial/chemicals industry organization.
- Expert knowledge of financial principles and their applications in a business setting.
- Ability to build and interpret financial models and analyze large, complex data sets.
