Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, GCO Data Strategy to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves leading customer personalization insights and analytics to enhance customer engagement and improve patient outcomes.
About the Role
As an Associate Director, Customer Personalization Insights & Analytics, you will serve as an organizational change agent to achieve personalization objectives. You will collaborate across business, tech, data, engineering, and content teams to build and deliver data-driven personalization at scale globally. Your focus will be on Health Care Professional (HCP) audiences, supporting therapeutic areas and enterprise capabilities. Responsibilities include identifying and analyzing customer data, enabling personalized experiences, supporting MarTech solutions onboarding, and driving patient outcomes and business results.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of proven experience.
Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Preferred:
Experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing, CPG, or working in a highly regulated environment.
Experience working in common data engineering programming languages (i.e. SQL, mySQL, Python, R).
Experience working with data visualization and analytics software (i.e. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Direct experience with 1st & 3rd party data sources including CRM, digital media, web analytics platforms, customer behavioral data, prescription claims data.
Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform products (RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
Experience operating in a product management role within MarTech or AdTech.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile development standard processes.
