KPMG US is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Innovation to join their Innovation & Enterprise Solutions organization in Orlando, FL. The role involves driving operations of the Innovation Network and managing university partnerships.
About the Role
As an Associate Director, Enterprise Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Network, supporting university ecosystem expansion, managing cross-functional coordination, and preparing executive-ready materials. You will also develop workflows and reusable assets to enable scale and conduct research supporting innovation strategies.
About You
Required:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in innovation, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to operate across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work autonomously and create structure in ambiguity.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Strategic thinker with strong external innovation network relationships.
- Strong organizational rigor, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
