About You
- Minimum BA/BS with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on incentive compensation and field force structure.
- Subject-matter expertise in pharmaceutical incentive compensation and field deployment best practices.
- Hands-on experience in analytics and modeling using large datasets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sub-national performance analytics.
- Familiarity with data management platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Knowledge of CRM Systems such as Veeva and Salesforce.
