BioSpace is seeking an Associate Director, Field Marketing to join their Dermatology marketing team, focusing on Georgia and neighboring states. The role involves cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders in Psoriasis and executing brand strategy.
About the Role
As an Associate Director, Field Marketing, you will engage with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in dermatology. Your responsibilities include developing strategic engagement plans, ensuring compliant communication, gathering competitive intelligence, and facilitating insights between KOLs and Takeda's leadership. You will also plan advisory board meetings, support congress strategies, and lead partnerships to optimize marketing strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marketing, Strategy, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or sales within the biopharmaceutical industry, including 3 years in KOL management.
- Proven experience in developing engagement plans for KOL management.
- Experience in Speaker Bureau strategy and execution of national-level programs.
- Strong leadership capabilities and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Psoriasis therapeutic market.
- New product launch experience.
- Knowledge of buy-and-bill reimbursement models and payer dynamics.
- Skilled in complex biologics.
