About the Role
As an Associate Director in the Financing Solutions Americas team, you will be responsible for identifying financing opportunities, preparing pitches, executing loan financings, and managing the deal execution process. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful deal closures and maintain internal transaction databases.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in finance and accounting.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-pressure decision-making.
Preferred:
- Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA.
- Experience in banking and structured finance (syndicated loans, securitization).
- Advanced LBO and DCF modelling skills.
