Summary
PharmaEssentia is seeking an Associate Director, Government Pricing and Reporting to join their Finance Team in the United States. The role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and management of pricing strategies and compliance reporting related to government healthcare programs.
About the Role
As the Associate Director, Government Pricing and Reporting, you will be responsible for data preparation, validation, calculation, and analytics related to government and commercial contracts. You will analyze and submit mandated product and pricing obligations for federal and state government programs, develop and maintain compliance controls, and collaborate with third-party partners. Additionally, you will monitor government pricing regulations, partner with senior leadership on pricing strategies, and provide analytics to support business decisions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or similar required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with government price calculation and reporting for state and federal programs.
Preferred:
- MBA preferred.
- Experience with Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) compliance and inflation penalties.
