About the Role
As an Associate Director of Intelligent Solutions Engineering, you will oversee the architecture and development of custom products that automate workflows and enable data-driven decisions. You will lead technical strategy, partner with data science teams, communicate technical vision, and drive end-to-end product development while mentoring engineering teams on AI-driven software development practices.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS with at least 10 years of relevant experience, MA/MS/MBA with at least 8+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with at least 2 years of experience.
- 4+ years of cross-functional technical project management or other relevant leadership experience.
- Expert-level understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis, and system design principles.
- Proven experience leading full SDLC implementations across multiple methodologies.
- Advanced Python proficiency building production REST APIs and async systems.
- DevOps proficiency with CI/CD automation, containerization, and cloud security best practices.
- Production AWS expertise including serverless architectures and infrastructure-as-code.
- Data integration engineering including API development and automated data synchronization pipelines.
- Generative AI expertise with LLMs and prompt engineering.
Preferred:
- Experience working in or alongside clinical, regulatory, or real-world evidence functions.
- Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
- Experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare.
