About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for shaping pricing strategies and access models for AbbVie's oncology pipeline. This includes utilizing strategic pricing frameworks, conducting scenario analyses, and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal pricing and access for both on-market and pipeline assets. You will also engage with key stakeholders to drive pricing governance and support the localization of access strategies across different markets.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record and experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry including understanding of finance, pricing, health economics or market access, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to manage workload to meet critical deadlines under challenging time constraints.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in designing or implementing International pricing strategies and scenario assessments.
- Experience interacting with P&R agencies and knowledge of top key markets health care systems and/or pricing regulations.
