About the Role
As the Associate Director, K-12 Fairness Center, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, create strategies for building a nationwide network of K-12 educators, assist educators facing antisemitic incidents, develop professional development programs, and maintain relationships with key education leaders. You will also assist in grant reporting and the development of educational materials.
About You
Required:
- B.A. in a relevant field and experience as an educator.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in K-12 public education in the United States.
- Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in elementary/secondary education or education administration.
- Knowledge about non-Jewish private school education.
- Proven ability to write curriculum and educational materials.
- Experience in project management and leadership.
