About the Role
As an Associate Director, Learning Architecture, you will lead the design and strategy for various learning initiatives, collaborating with Learning Business Partners and content creators. Your responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, architecting learner-centric experiences, and ensuring the effectiveness of learning solutions through measurement and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree is required; Masters in Learning, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong foundation in Learning Architecture, Instructional Design, or Learning Experience Design.
- Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic experience in content authoring tools and/or prototyping tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience in commercial roles preferred (sales, sales leadership, account management, marketing, etc.).
