About the Role
As the Associate Director, Meetings & Events, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various teams, overseeing Cvent management, and ensuring seamless execution of HCP programs and corporate events. Your duties will include planning logistics, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
About You
Required:
- 7-10 years of professional meeting planning experience in the pharma or biotech industry.
- Deep experience in end-to-end event lifecycle in life sciences meetings.
- Strong experience in budget management and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Cvent Certified User.
- Experience in strategic meeting logistics management.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with healthcare compliance and regulations.
