About the Role
As the Associate Director of Annual Giving, you will oversee the Student Advancement Officer program, manage the Senior Class Gift initiative, and implement strategies to increase philanthropic support from recent graduates. You will collaborate with various teams to develop solicitation strategies and plan fundraising events tailored to young alumni. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison for the campuswide Generosity Project and support the Annual Giving team in various initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2-4 years of experience in non-profits, fundraising, admissions, alumni relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated history of building relationships and/or experience working with a team.
- Passion for the importance of higher education and the liberal arts.
Preferred:
- Experience with data-driven decision making and using metrics to inform strategies.
- Ability to manage large, time-sensitive projects with attention to detail.
