Summary
World Monuments Fund is seeking an Associate Director of Development Operations to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves ensuring the seamless operation of global development processes, including data management and reporting systems that support fundraising efforts.
About the Role
As the Associate Director of Development Operations, you will oversee WMF's donor database (Raiser's Edge NXT), optimize fundraising and donor management systems, ensure compliance with data management practices, and manage donor subscription preferences. You will collaborate with fundraisers, provide training on database usage, and lead special projects to improve development operations.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in development operations or similar role within a nonprofit organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT CRM systems, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
- Experience with donor research and tracking movements management processes.
- Experience with gift processing and fundraising operations.
- Understanding of digital fundraising platforms and integration methods.
- Knowledge of fundraising ethics and best practices.
- Strong project and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Training in database management or relevant technical qualifications.
- Knowledge of advanced reporting tools and data visualization software.
- Experience with International Organizations and Donor Communities.
- Ability to conceptualize new strategies, workflows, practices, and processes.
- Proficiency with standard MS Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word.
