About You
- 15+ years of experience in the Healthcare field focused on engineering and facilities design.
- Experience managing the design and execution of construction projects valued at $5M or more.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 99, 101, and the Facilities Guideline Institute (FGI) including ASHRAE 170.
- Understanding of Joint Commission standards and CMS accreditation standards for healthcare.
- Strong leadership capabilities in leading a team of highly trained personnel.
- Experience in developing structured mentoring processes for healthcare engineers.
- Ability to lead and/or work on several projects concurrently.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong work ethic.
