About the Role
As an Associate Director, you will manage projects through all phases, gather client requirements, lead development and testing for OneStream implementations, and enhance financial processes. You will also participate in business development, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to talent acquisition efforts.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience implementing OneStream or similar EPM tools (e.g. Oracle, Hyperion), with hands-on design and client delivery.
- OneStream Certified Architect.
- Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm or management consulting firm).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in Consulting, Finance, Accounting or Financial Systems.
- Experience with analytical and modeling tools, with the ability to construct complex financial models for analysis and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation.
