- Demonstrated experience leading and developing direct reports.
- Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets (e.g., $10M+ annually).
- Deep hands-on expertise in performance platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex media data into actionable insights.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
