About the Role
As an Associate Director, RFP Writer, you will be responsible for completing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) across all channels and markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data, review and edit RFP responses, maintain a database of RFP content, and develop product information collateral. Additionally, you will support the update and maintenance of consultant databases and contribute to the development of RFP best practices.
About You
Required:
- 4 – 7 years of experience in a related position with relevant experience completing RFPs/RFIs.
- Strong understanding of asset management products and services.
- Excellent writing skills and high quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and RFP management software (e.g., RFPIO).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, communications).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the asset management industry, including mutual fund and separate account vehicles.
- Working knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FactSet, and advanced Excel.
- Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses and other professional certifications (e.g., CFA).
