About the Role
As the Associate Director of Small Molecule Process Engineering, you will establish a technically advanced process engineering group, coordinate engineering work, set standards for engineering deliverables, oversee technical issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also play a key role during the startup phase of the Lilly Medicine Foundry, collaborating to build the organization and implement necessary systems for GMP operations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering role supporting small molecule manufacturing or development activities.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience.
- Experience in LRL/Product Research Development.
