About You
- At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of software lifecycle development disciplines.

- Understanding of agile principles and ability to drive change through influence.
