About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the engagement strategy, build media/activation plans, and ensure proper implementation. You will own the media plan and optimizations, set digital activation strategy, and work with marketing to align on objectives. Additionally, you will oversee measurement plans, perform in-depth analyses of consumer engagement data, and lead up to two digital engagement teams.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
Minimum of seven (7) years multi-channel marketing and digital media campaign development experience.

Preferred:

Experience within Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
Experience with advanced marketing capabilities such as marketing automation and analytics platforms.
