About the Role
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical assistance on innovative designs for complex buildings, including healthcare and educational facilities. Your responsibilities will include developing drawing and specification documents, designing power distribution systems, and maintaining client relationships. You will also support junior staff and ensure project compliance with specifications and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of post-education experience in an electrical engineering capacity for the built environment.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices and building, electrical, and energy codes.
- Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, technology, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to travel to project sites.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- EIT certification.
- Prior design experience in Healthcare and/or Science & Technology.
- Knowledge of AGI or other lighting calculation programs.
- Knowledge of SKM Power Tools or other electrical system study programs.
