About the Role

As an Associate, Employment Litigation, you will be responsible for drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions in state and federal court and arbitration. You will work on cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, while also providing legal advice and support to clients. The position requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with team members.
