IT Solutions is seeking an Associate Engineer, Managed Services to join their team in Maitland, FL. The role involves supporting multiple clients and handling inbound and escalated inquiries on the Service Desk.
About the Role
As an Associate Engineer, Managed Services, you will manage service tickets, provide remote hardware/software support, act as an internal escalation point for technicians, and manage network, datacenter, security, and voice technologies. You will analyze and troubleshoot logs, use monitoring tools, interact with vendors, produce service reports, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires travel to client offices and working onsite at IT Solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1 year of work experience as a Network Administrator.
- 2+ years as a level 1 helpdesk technician.
- Experience managing or troubleshooting Windows desktop and Server versions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with firewalls and remote access VPNs.
- Experience with a ticketing system like ConnectWise Manage.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Windows, or Apple macOS certification.
