About the Role
As an Associate Fellow, you will serve as the primary technical liaison to industry standards bodies, guiding strategic direction by engaging in standards development activities and aligning internal engineering efforts with industry evolution. You will influence technical specifications and reference architectures related to switching technologies, high-speed interconnects, memory and storage hierarchies, and platform security. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure standards alignment and early adoption readiness.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in developing product and standards strategies for storage and compute-based products.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience addressing and influencing C level and senior management.
Preferred:
- 10+ years in technical architecture, system design, or standards engagement roles.
- Active participation or leadership in major standards bodies or industry consortiums.
- Familiarity with hyperscaler and OEM infrastructure strategies and their influence on industry standards.
