As an Associate Gallery Leader, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service, coaching and developing teams, and driving results through engagement and empowerment. You will represent the RH brand with professionalism and passion for luxury design, while also managing complex priorities and human resources concerns.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
- Superior organization and leadership skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire yourself and others.
- Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strategic and mental agility.
- Results-driven.
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications.
Preferred:
- Experience in attracting and retaining talent in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude.
