About the Role

You will also support the Asset Management Teams and engage in corporate governance and fund management activities.
About You
Required:
- Doctoral Degree in Law.
- 3+ years of experience working for a small to mid-sized law firm or in-house investment or financial institution.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with entity management and formation.
- Knowledge of SEC and securities regulations.
