As an Associate on the Growth Optimization team, you will assist in developing marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for advisors. You will conduct research on prospects, manage incoming requests for materials, and ensure timely delivery. About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales support, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong formatting and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members
- Eagerness to learn about financial services and wealth management
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Internship or entry-level experience in financial services or professional services
- Experience creating presentations or marketing materials
- Familiarity with brand standards and professional communication
