About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous experience working in HR and labor relations within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing change management initiatives.
- Ability to set priorities and provide direction through direct and influence management.
- Strong interest and capability in talent development and management.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Workday and Kronos systems.
- SHRM or PHR professional HR certification.
- Strong writing skills and experience with policy writing.
- Good networking and resourcing skills.
