About the Role
As an Associate Intern, you will collaborate with campus teams to plan and implement recruiting events, build relationships with universities, coordinate career fairs, manage candidate communications, analyze recruitment metrics, and contribute to projects that enhance Cognizant's employer brand.
About You
Required:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a similar field.
- Passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eagerness to learn.
Preferred:
- Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.
