About the Role

As an Associate in Investment Operations, you will be responsible for performing reconciliations of cash and positions for debt and equity investments, preparing funding memos, pushing settlements with counterparties, assisting with corporate actions, processing restructurings, coordinating private debt investments, addressing inquiries on investment activities, and collaborating with offshore partners to ensure timely workflows.

About You

Required:

1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Professional background in loan operations.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.

Preferred:

High level of professionalism.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.
Ability to multitask while staying focused.
