Summary
Securitize is seeking an Associate, Investor Services to join their fully remote team in the United States. The role involves facilitating investor capital activity processing into private funds and communicating with investors on behalf of clients.
About the Role
As an Associate, Investor Services, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing investor capital activity documents, performing AML/KYC checks, entering transaction data, assisting in communication for multiple funds, monitoring money movement, and distributing financial reports to investors and clients. You will work closely with the Investor Relations Manager and collaborate with Treasury and Fund Accounting teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in finance, fund administration, or financial services, preferably with exposure to alternative assets or digital asset funds.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred:
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
