About the Role
As an Associate Manager Configuration and Data Management, you will be responsible for maintaining configuration control of technical and programmatic documentation, managing physical control of media, and developing configuration/data management plans and standard operating procedures. You will interpret customer proposals to develop CM/DM estimates, review SOWs for delivery schedules, analyze requirements lists, and manage a team of CM/DM professionals, including recruitment and performance assessment.
About You
Required:
- Experience in Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM) processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with C4ISR programs.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and media control.
