About the Role
As an Associate Manager, Deal Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the deal process, communicating with clients and stakeholders, mentoring Deal Operations Analysts, and identifying process improvements. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure timely deal closures and enhance operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience within finance, capital markets, private placements, or venture capital.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Skilled project manager with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail in writing and numbers.
- Excellent client service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience at a broker-dealer.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for venture capital and finance.
- Experience in secondary markets or FinTech marketplaces.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience with data analytics.
