About the Role
As an Associate Manager, Digital Identity, you will be responsible for helping clients modernize identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID. Your tasks will include enabling secure access via MFA, SSO, and passwordless authentication, while working closely with client IT and security teams. This client-facing role requires strong technical expertise and consulting skills, contributing to delivery excellence and supporting Avanade's identity practice growth.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity, including leadership of delivery workstreams or projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.
Preferred:
- SC 300 (Identity and Access Administrator) certification.
- SC 100 (Cybersecurity Architect) certification.
- SC 900 (Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) certification.
- Additional IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, vendor IGA tools) are a plus.
