About the Role
About You
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of investment securities and related accounting treatments (GAAP, RBC, STAT).
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA or CFA designation preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with STAT accounting is a plus.
- Displays leadership and talent management awareness.
