About You
- Degree in Business, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in developing and managing performance metrics and data analysis.
- Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office programs and familiarity with tools such as Flux, MES, MFS, Track, Wronk, Issue Tracker, Warp.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing methodologies, production planning, financial management, and EHS compliance.
