About the Role

As an Associate, Manufacturing Technician, Logistics, you will be responsible for performing cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of the cGMP cleanroom area, maintaining aseptic gowning qualifications, and supporting manufacturing production. Your daily tasks will include material transfer, stocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). You will work in a fast-paced environment and assist in implementing improvement ideas.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred:

Previous experience in cleanroom facilities or hospital environment.
Strict attention to detail and safety.

Compensation (annual): $52.5k - $54.6k (this includes base annual income and anticipated annual bonus; does not include overtime)
Partial shift differential of 2.5% during training period
