About the Role
As an Associate Marketing Manager, Lifecycle, you will lead the end-to-end management of various marketing programs aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining consumers. Your responsibilities will include designing personalized consumer journeys, creating compelling offers for D2C websites, analyzing consumer behavior, and continuously optimizing marketing communications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, advertising or other related field.
- Hands-on experience in Klaviyo.
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience with loyalty programs.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Advanced-level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working in a multi-brand environment.
