About the Role
As a Senior Associate/Junior Partner, you will provide legal analysis and advice to insurance carriers on various coverage issues, handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, participate in strategic case planning, draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and communicate with clients and other stakeholders. You will also manage cases while adhering to billing requirements and may need to travel for court and client meetings.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage law.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice in either NJ, NY, or IL.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in courtroom appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
