About the Role
As an Associate Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery with close supervision, performing basic set-up and calibration of equipment, loading materials, inspecting parts for quality, and maintaining machinery. You will work the second shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday, adhering to safety and quality requirements.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
Preferred:
- Technical or vocational schooling.
- Ability to work with small precision parts.
