About the Role
As an Associate PIM Specialist, you will partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives. Your responsibilities include managing work requests through Salesforce, ensuring accurate communication, maintaining supply chain master data, updating pricing in SAP, and resolving data quality issues. You will also provide operational support during high workload periods and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Understanding of ERP systems that require complex and accurate data management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
