About the Role
As an Associate Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality learning environment that meets the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of children. You will collaborate with lead and assistant teachers, plan activities, maintain confidentiality, communicate with families, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education with Preschool coursework or Preschool CDA.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work positively and effectively with both adults and children.
- Knowledge of child development and planning developmentally appropriate activities.
Preferred:
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in an early childhood setting.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
