Summary
Kemper is seeking an Associate Product Manager (Insurance) to join their team in Alpharetta, Georgia, or Remote-CT. The role focuses on driving profit and growth by implementing business and pricing strategies for Kemper's non-standard auto line of business.
About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will analyze complex problems, conduct high-quality analyses, and communicate key product performance metrics. You will research business data using statistical analysis, recognize system opportunities, and take ownership of projects. Your responsibilities will include developing performance scorecards, programming data reporting solutions, and serving as a subject matter expert for Kemper Auto Product.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of product analyst experience.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Experience in statistical and business analysis.
- Education equivalent to a college degree in mathematics, statistics, risk management, or actuarial or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with database querying.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAS, Tableau, PowerBI or similar.
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and SQL Server.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
- Superb relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
