About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager - Large Projects, you will participate in sales efforts, lead project transitions, communicate with project managers, document process gaps, and manage project resources and assets. Your responsibilities will include ensuring effective communication throughout the engineering and procurement process and enforcing best practices based on lessons learned.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or similar is a plus.
- 2 years of experience working with major projects in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of elevator systems.
- Experience in construction project cost forecasting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in cross-functional roles.
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with diverse teams.
