About the Role

As an Associate Project Manager, you will lead and manage enterprise-level projects, define project scope and objectives, develop project strategies, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. You will create detailed project plans, manage all project phases, track milestones, and maintain quality assurance standards. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for project sponsors, provide status updates, facilitate executive meetings, and mentor junior project managers.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience, specifically leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma certification.
Experience in enterprise transformation, IT, or regulatory compliance projects.
