As an Associate Residency Program Director AEGD, you will be responsible for managing the residency program's daily operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, mentoring and evaluating residents, and participating in academic and clinical teaching activities.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in residency program management and curriculum development.
- Strong mentoring and evaluation skills to guide and assess residents' performance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in clinical and academic teaching activities.
- Solid understanding of accreditation standards in dental education.
- Advanced degree in Dentistry (DDS or DMD) with relevant certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare and patient management.
